Hamilton, Will He a World Champion?
Although last Sunday I didn't watch the Formula One race as I go to the cinema to watch Spider-man 3 the movie, I check on Formula 1 website the result of last race. I'm quite amazed that Lewis Hamilton has been in the first place of world championship standing!
Lewis Hamilton is a rookie in F1 race. He start racing in this year and shows an outstanding performance from the beginning of the race season. Although he never won the first place of a race, he always stands in the podium - 1x on 3rd position and 3x on 2nd position.
Synaptics TouchPad Scrolling Problem in Firefox Browser
I'm having problem with the touchpad on my notebook Compaq Presario V2000, it doesn't functioning at all when I use Firefox browser. The touchpad also can't do scrolling in Thunderbird email client. It seems the touchpad doesn't work in Mozilla's products.
I don't know what the cause of this problem. The touchpad works well in Windows Explorer and other applications. For some time I didn't mind about this problem as I didn't use Firefox or Thunderbird as often as nowadays.
Flood Resistant Amphibious Automobile
With the big flood several months ago in Jakarta and flood possibility in every heavy rain, I think Jakartans should start thinking to buy an amphibious car 
I got this information from a mailing list, a member of that mailing list post pictures of amphibious automobile. I saw an URL on the body of the automobile so I check the website.
On their website http://www.terrawind.com/ C.A.M.I LLC shows their amphibious automobile. There are a sport car, SUV, and a bus! Yes you read it right! They have an amphibious bus! Below are the pictures of the amphibious cars:

Today I read a blog article titled “ArseMail: The ARSE Followup†by Guy Kawasaki. He is writing about Bob Sutton’s book, The No Asshole Rule: Building a Civilized Workplace and Surviving One That Isn’t . I’ll leave the book for you to read it by your self.
Now.. the fun thing I found at Guy’s blog is this two websites: Send An Arse Mail, a website that want to help someone who is dealing with an asshole, or apologize if you have been one. The second website is Asshole Rating Self Exam (ARSE) website.
April Mop at WebHostingTalk
Today, as usual i visited Web Hosting Talk (WHT) forum - WHT is a forum that discuss almost all topics in webhosting world. I found something strange when I look at the forum website. The ordering of forums and subforums are different with the ordering yesterday.
The first forum that shown is "WHT Staff Only", this is weird as this forum is never shown before. What shocks me is a post in that forum saying "<my nickname> in big trouble, I contacted the police" 
I was afraid if that it's real, but I never done something wrong that badly until someone will call police 
but soon I realize that it was an April mop joke from the replies and other topic that using my nickname.

Another Fraud, Using Torabika Name
Two days ago I post about a fraud using a telco provider named Fren. Last night my mother called me and said that my father win a Toyota Innova car from an instant coffee maker. This instant coffee called “Torabika†held an incentive program that will give prizes to its consumer if they bought their product with winner sign inside the sachet.
My father open a sachet of Torabika coffee and found a coupon inside it stated that my father win a car. My first impression is “is it another scam?†as I got a fraudulent phone call two days ago. I said to my mother that may be it’s just another scam, but my mother thinks that it’s not scam as on the sachet it says that Torabika held an incentive program. Plus, my father got the winning coupon from inside the sachet with a contact name (the criminal using “drs. H. Budiman†as his name), a landline phone number and two cell phone numbers to confirm the winning coupon.
Be Careful! Fraud Using Fren Name
Last night around 19.00 WIB I got a phone call to my Fren number from a Fren number that I didn’t know. The caller said that he is from Mobile 8 which is the company that own Fren Telco service. He introduce him self as ‘Budi Setiawan’ a representative from Mobile 8 that want to let me know that I won Rp. 15.000.000,- in cash and Rp. 1.000.000,- of free pulse for my Fren cell phone number.
I feel strange when I receive his call, first it’s Sunday night (19.00 WIB) obviously it’s off of office hours. Secondly, he doesn’t know my name as he asking for my name. From this point I start to be aware that he might be a liar, so I said to him to call me back in 30 minutes as I want to confirm from Fren customer care number. His voice tone changed to a little bit angry and he said why it took so long (30 minutes), third strange.
Last Year, Baby
Last year (from today) I was 23 years old. I was in the Netherlands that day, enjoying the cold weather, clean air, a quiet and nice neighborhood, very fast internet 
having new Indonesian friends that stay in the Netherlands and also new Dutch friends too..
I’m kind of missing the Netherlands, the smell of its air, the buses, the trains, and the bicycle lane. It’s giving me memories that I can’t forget it.
