Can I Start Coding Now?

Hmm.. am I bored making documentation? Yes to be honest well.. I'm a programmer, and a programmer job is to write a software code. But after 2 weeks in QnAp iT BV - Netherland, don't want to miss that word just as a reminder for You readers - I'm still making documentation..

Documentation.. documentation.. and documentation what a boring task for a programmer.. but in other hand I'm also happy with this task in QnAp iT BV - Netherland, again - because I got one step forward in software engineering which is a Software Designer or Software Architect or bla.. bla.. - there is several names for the job and I don't know exactly what is the different - here I learn much from Ruud Mulder, Marc Jongen and Frank Mulders.

Alot of discussion needed to make a good documentation for making a software, especially with the customer who order the software. You need to know exactly what the customer wants the software do and perform, because some times the customer ask for a feature that not really needed to achieve what He wants - there is another solution thats better or much simpler to make.

I learn this from Ruud and Marc. Yo..! Marc thanks for playing your role as a REAL customer A real customer will always keep changing His mind so a progress meeting document is also important. You need to write down all point that already agreed both by programmer and the customer so there is no - hopefully - discussion that discuss the same thing again and again and again - don't re-invent the wheel.

I feel that My working progress is slow, I hope I can learn fast and speed up things so I'm not disappointing My biggest customer: My BOSS

Blazing Fast Internet Connection! 1MB/s!!

It just WOW!!

Today I'm downloading the .NET 2.0 Framework SDK from Microsoft website, it was a great downloading experience I ever have! I got 1200KB/s downloading the setup file, it only take about 5-7 minutes to download 350MB file cool huh?!

Yo.. Hello Mr. Mark van Dun!

Today Mark come to QnAp office and we play pool together we play for 4 round hehe.. it nice to see him again after several week not meet Him.

Today is also His birthday, but sadly no birthday party

Currently He is waiting for a job call, He had an interview with some company several days ago and now He waiting for a good news from Them. Wishing Him a good luck

Mr. Philips

Last night Me with Linda, Elena and Ferdi go to Eindhoven just to walk around and see the Centrum. Centrum is a place where you can find shops, restaurants, cafes, and game center. There is no mall in Netherland, only shops that build inline.

We also taking picture on Mr. Phillips statue, below is My picture next to Mr. Phillips statue.

Behind Me is a train station in Eindhoven. The train station is near with the Centrum, only 5 minutes walk.

Then We have a cup of hot chocolate on a cafe in the Centrum, it's very yummy.. Elena and Linda haven't a dinner yet so We go to Kam Po restaurant to have a dinner, this is the second time I eat at Kam Po. Delicious

Visiting Phillips Office

This morning, 10.15 Nuenen time. Johan and Me go to Phillips office to see Patrick Bonne. Johan talk with Patrick in Dutch so I didn't understand what they are talking about We had meeting on a room, it's a special room that used to show Phillip's technology, how they used in the future, just to giving images to people. There is a prototype - I think - of a mirror that can be used to reading emails! cool huh..? so when you are shaving, on the same time you can read your emails

Phillips' office is very big, Patrick show Me which room He works. He also show Me the village near Phillips building, the village is called Phillip village because on the past, people that work on Phillips factory - producing radio, not anymore now - is live near the factory.

Dinner Together at Kam Po Restaurant

Last night about 18.00 Nuenen time, Johan ask Me to have dinner together with Him, Ki, Uncle Charlie, Aunt Sam and Ferdi at Chinese Restaurant Kam Po in Eindhoven. It's about 10 minutes driving from QnAp iT BV office to Kam Po.

We had a Dim Sum dinner there.. The place is quite nice and the food is delicious
